Stanisław Bogdaniuk lived in Sarnaki (Mazowieckie voivodeship) during World War II. The Bogdaniuk family consisted of nine people. Stanisław sheltered two Jews in his buildings, Mel Kapłan, born in 1913, and Srul Shaya Shulmajster who came from Sarnaki. He gave temporary shelter to a Jewish woman named Rywka and aided Jews hiding in the surrounding woods.
