Marta Bocheńska (née Sitarek) was born on 25 July 1910. During World War II she lived in Warsaw. She was hiding a Jewish girl, Halina, daughter of Jewish acquaintances Eliahu and Miram Buchwald. Halina survived the war and was later called Ilana Yaari. Marta passed away on 01 December 2000.

Marta Bocheńska was awarded the Righteous Among the Nations title in 2011.
