CONFERENCE ON POLES RESCUING JEWS
Conference on Poles rescuing Jews.
Last Sunday the conference „Memory and Hope” was held at the Sanctuary in Toruń. It was devoted to Poles who saved Jews during the war.
The place of the meeting was not accidental – the participants of the conference met in the Memorial Chapel of the Shrine of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Star of New Evangelization. On the walls of the chapel there are names of Poles who died saving Jews during the war.
The meeting was organized by the John Paul II Memorial and Identity Institute of the Lux Veritatis Foundation. The partner of the conference was the From The Depths Foundation.
