Anna Baran with her sons Bolesław and Mieczysław
During World War II Anna Baran lived in Stróża (Małopolskie Voivodeship). Wife of Franciszek, mother of Bolesław and Mieczysław. Together with her sons she hid and helped the Jewish Optiker family. Anna, Bolesław and Mieczysław were awarded the Righteous Among the Nations title in 1987.

Franciszek Baran
