Franciszka Tekla Bielecka (born 1878) and Jan Bielecki (born 20 June 1867) were siblings. Both were born in Częstochowa. Children of Michał and Marianna (née Dziubandy). During the Second World War they lived in Częstochowa. They sheltered people of Jewish origin, for which they were arrested on 9 April 1943 by Schupo officers. On 10 April 1943 they were incarcerated in a prison in Częstochowa. On 20 May 1943 they were sentenced by the Special Court in Częstochowa.
