Daniela Pistelok tells the story of how her mother Wiktoria Popczyk helped the Jews she worked for. They lived in Jasło and probably came from Hungary. When they were transported to the ghetto in Biecz, Wiktoria supplied them with food.

Daniela Pistelok also recalls her father, Gustaw Popczyk, who was active in the structures of the Home Army. He worked in the production of weapons, which he then passed on to fighting units. When the Germans found out about this, both Gustaw and the other workers were immediately arrested, tortured and murdered.
